Tae Kwon
Do

Traditional Tae Kwon Do
instruction three nights a week. The physical aspects include the
practice of various attack and defense forms which consists of kicking,
punching, blocking, jumping, dodging and parrying actions all aimed at
neutralizing an aggressor. Clifton Exercise Studio has been
instructing children and adults in Tae Kwon Do since 1992.
Boxingg - NEW!! Learn
the basics or improve your skills with this fast paced twice weekly
class designed to improve conditioning and teach the skills involved
in this toughest of sports. Participants must be at least
15 years of age.

Free Trial: Try it out with no obligation. The first class
is free. Please contact Master Mark in advance to receive
your first trial class for free!
Drop in rate: Drop in to classes according to your
schedule. If you can only make the occasional class time this
could be your best bet. Drop in rate is only $12.00 per person,
per class.
Most Economical: This is the most economical plan. Pay
monthly and enjoy the ability to to participate in regularly scheduled
classes without the obligation of long term contracts. See
the schedule for below for exact pricing.

Class
Cancellation Policy
As a general rule, if Fairfax County Schools close due to
bad weather, Tae Kwon Do classes will be cancelled. The
best way to know if class will be held is to sign up for the email
notification service. Class holiday schedules may vary from the
Fairfax County School holiday schedule. Information concerning scheduled
holiday closings will be posted on the Calendar Section of this
website, and on the front entrance of the Meeting Hall. Last
minute cancellations will be posted in the Notices Section of this
website, and on the front entrance of the Meeting Hall, if possible.
Students and families are encouraged to
sign up for the email notification service which can be found on
the Notices page. If you have questions concerning whether or not
class will be held, call Mark at 703-802-0847.
